The second call for applications 2022 opens on March 15, 2022!

Application deadline : May 15, 2022 at 11:59 pm (French time)
Announcement of selected applications : mid-June.

Female students are particularly encouraged to respond to EUR calls for applications.

Jury : The selection is made on the basis of the quality of each student’s academic file. The decision is made by the EUR Scientific Committee. The committee will only examine applications for which all the requested documents have been uploaded before the closing date of the call.

Start of the training : The training starts every year at the beginning of September.

Registration, accommodation and course fees : Please note that at the Sorbonne Paris Nord University, all students pay the same registration fees (243€/year plus 91€/year of student life contribution). Students pursuing a thesis in a EUR laboratory will be financed by a 3-year doctoral contract.

The best Master’s candidates will be offered a scholarship. The scholarship is 600€/month and 400€/month for those who need housing assistance. It lasts 12 months for M1 students and 10 months for M2 students. The EUR administrative service will be able to offer university accommodation on preferential terms. In addition, EUR will finance a round trip to and from the university.

Scientific and administrative support : The EUR administrative service will assist the laureates in all administrative procedures (registration, insurance, visas). Particular attention will be paid to the integration of students, both within the course and at the university.

The follow-up of studies will be done individually on 3 aspects : Help with the teaching : tutoring on the content of the courses, help with the choice of courses according to the student’s objectives, support throughout the Master’s program and advice on orientation, stays abroad, internships, etc.

Follow-up by the EUR management : The EUR Director of Studies will regularly check the students’ progress. Individual support, based for example on doctoral students, may be set up on a case-by-case basis.

For non-French speaking students : courses will be given in English on request. Training to learn French as a foreign language is offered locally. However, students who do not speak French are advised to take an intensive course before the beginning of the academic year.
